PENGARUH REMUNERASI LINGKUNGAN KERJA MOTIVASI KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
This research is meant to examine the influence of remuneration, work environment, motivation, and employee job satisfaction to the employee performance at DR SOETOMO General Hospital Surabaya.Comparative casual method is applied in this research. The population of this research is 76 nurses of DR SOETOMO General Hospital Surabaya, because the numbers of population is small, then the whole populationsis used as sample. The analysis method has been carried out by using multiple linear regressions with the 23rd version SPSS application. The simultaneous result of the research (F test) shows that remuneration, work environment, motivation, and employee job satisfaction give influence to the employee performance. Therefore, it can be concluded that the model is feasible to be used. Meanwhile, the partial result of the t test shows that remuneration, work environment, motivation, employee job satisfaction give significant and positive influence to the employee performance. Work motivation is the variable which gives dominant influence to the employee performance.
