<p>This research aimed to find out the effect of trust, price, and product quality on online purchasing decisions via the Shopee marketplace. The research was quantitative. The population was students of STIESIA Surabaya who had purchased in Shopee. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on the criteria given. In line with that, there were 100 respondents as the sample. Furthermore, the data were primary. The instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS. The result of the hypothesis test (t-test) showed that independent variables namely, trust, price, and product quality had a positive and significant effect on online purchasing decisions via the Shopee marketplace. In addition, the result of the determination coefficient (R Square) was 0.615. It meant that 61.5% of a dependent variable, i.e.purchasing decisions could be explained by independent variables, namely trust, price, and product quality. <p>This research aimed to examine the factors affecting the entrepreneurial intention of students of the Z generation. The independent variables were attitude, subjective norm, and self-efficacy. The research was quantitative. Furthermore, the population was students of the Z generation. The data collection technique used a non-probability sampling and Rao Purba formula to calculate the sample from the unlimited population. In line with that, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to 98 respondents as the sample. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the application of SPSS 29. Additionally, based on the results of the classical assumption test, no deviant variables were found. The result showed that attitude had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. Likewise, self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intentions. <p>This research aimed to examine and analyze the effect of the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return On Assets on the stock price of Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2018-2022. The research was causal-comparative. Moreover, the data were secondary in the form of companies’ financial statements. The population was 47 Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2018- 2022. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with that, there were 12 companies as the sample. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS. The result of the hypothesis test showed that the Current Ratio had a positive and significant effect on stock price. However, the Debt to Equity Ratio had a negative and significant effect on stock price. In contrast, Return On Assets had a positive and significant effect on stock price. Additionally, the result of the determination coefficient (R2) was 0.497. It meant that 49.7% of the stock price was explained by the Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return On Assets. Moreover, the population was consumers of Bandeng Juwana Store Tidar Surabaya in 2023. This type of research is quantitative reseach.The data collection technique used a simple random sampling. In line with that, there were 100 customers as the respondents. <p>This research aimed to examine the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior on the employees’ performance at Java Sub Regional Head of Pelindo III. Moreover, the research was quantitative. The population was employees of the Java Sub Regional Head of Pelindo III. Furthermore, the data were primary. The data collection technique used simple random sampling, in which the sample was randomly selected without any certain criteria. In line with that, there were 70 respondents as the sample. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 27. Additionally, the result concluded that emotional intelligence had a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance. However, organizational commitment had a negative and significant effect on employees’ performance. In contrast, Organizational Citizenship Behavior had a positive but insignificant effect on employees’ performance. In brief, both emotional intelligence and organizational commitment had a significant effect on employees’ performance. <p>The Dam Cell counter is a store that runs pulse sales of all operators, internet data packages, SIM cards, and smartphone accessories. Therefore, this research aimed to analyze the factors that affected the service quality, product quality, and price on the customers’ loyalty to the Dam Cell counter. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used non-probability sampling. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to the 98 respondents as the sample. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 25 version. The result showed that service quality had a positive but insignificant effect on customers’ loyalty. It happened when the service for customers was not good. As a consequence, they would feel unsatisfied. However, both product quality and price had a positive and significant effect on customers’ loyalty. <p>This research aimed to examine the effect of the Current Ratio, Return On Asset, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Total Asset Turnover. The independent variables were the Current Ratio (CR), Return On Asset (ROA), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO). While the dependent variable was Price to Book Value (PBV). The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on the criteria given. In line with that, there were 7 Telecommunication companies as the sample. Furthermore, the population was 10 Telecommunication companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26. The result concluded that CR had a positive but insignificant effect on firm value. However, ROA had a positive and significant effect on firm value. On the other hand, DER had a negative but insignificant effect on firm value. Furthermore, the data collection technique used a purposive sampling technique, in which the sample was based on the criteria given. In line with that, there were 100 respondents as the sample. The instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents through the Google form and distributed by the owner of Trendbright Fashion, in the Shopee online store. Based on the hypothesis test (t-test), it was obtained that Flash sales (FS), Discount (D), and Content marketing (CM) had a positive and significant effect on the customers’ impulsive purchasing at Trendbright Fashion, in Shopee online store. The research aimed to find out, examine, and analyze the effect of hedonic and utilitarian motivation on impulse buying through the shopping lifestyle of Shopee E-commerce. Moreover, the research method was a survey. The instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaries were distributed to respondent. The result, partially, showed that hedonic motivation had a significant effect on impulse buying. Likewise, both utilitarian motivasion and shopping lifestyle had a directly significant effect on impulse buying. Furthermore, the population was the public or consumers of online shopping of shoppe E-commerce. The data collection technique used accidental sampling. Therefore, this research animed to find out the effect of promotion, price and product quality on the puchasing decision at Mc Donald’s Manyar Kertoarjo in the public. In suggestion, the management of KJPP Mushofah Mono Igfirly and partners should: (1) maintain the behavior and work ethics during working, also be more improve the compliance of coming on time and finishing the work based on the time given, (2) maintain the promotion job opportunity to employees who have more potency, also be more improve the incentive giving suited with the employees’ work achievement, (3) maintain the work office decoration which give comfortability and relax feeling during working, also improve work setting management among colleagues.</p>Amirul AhazPontjo Bambang Mahargiono

<p>Human resources can force other various resources, such as physical, financial, and information resources in the organization. Moreover, employees not only as the sources but also have a role as capital or assets which will affect the quality and improvement of the organization. Therefore, this research aimed to find out the effect of locus of control, self-efficacy, and work environment on the employees’ performance at Greensmart Surabaya. The research was quantitative. The population was employees at Greensmart Surabaya. Furthermore, the data were primary. The data collection technique used saturated sampling. The instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to 80 respondents as the sample. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the SPSS 23.0 version. The result showed that: (1) Locus of control had a positive and significant effect on the employee’s performance at Greensmart Surabaya; (2) Self-efficacy had a positive and significant effect on the employee’s performance at Greensmart Surabaya; (3) Work environment had a positive and significant effect on the employee’s performance at Greensmart Surabaya.</p>Putri Eka WinartiMarsudi Lestariningsih
