<p><em>This research aimed to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline, motivation, and work environment on the employees’ performance at UPT of the Food and Horticulture Seed Supervision and Certification Unit in East Java province. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was 88 employees at UPT of the Food and Horticulture Seed Supervision and Certification Unit. The data collection technique used saturated sampling. The instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 versions. The result showed that work discipline positively and significantly affected the employees’ performance at the Food and Horticulture Seed Supervision and Certification Unit in East Java province. Likewise, motivation positively and significantly affected the employees’ performance at the Food and Horticulture Seed Supervision and Certification Unit in East Java province. <p><em>his research determines and analyzes the effect of price, promotion, and product quality on the purchasing decisions of Toyota Kijang Innova in Surabaya. The population comprises consumers of the Toyota Kijang Innova in Surabaya. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed online with Google Forms to respondents. In line with that, there were 100 respondents taken as samples. Moreover, the data analysis technique used data instrument test, multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, proper model test (F-test), and hypothesis test (t-test) with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26. The result concludes that price has a significant effect on the purchasing decisions of the Toyota Kijang Innova in Surabaya. Likewise, promotion has a significant effect on the purchasing decisions of the Toyota Kijang Innova in Surabaya. <p><em>This research determines whether the ease of use, features various, and application promotion of KAI Access affect the millennial generation’s interest. It focuses on the importance of digital service improvement in the transportation sector, especially in the KAI access application. The application is owned by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) as the main tool for purchasing tickets and train travel. However, this application still faces some problems, one of which is the low user rating of only 2.5 out of 5 on the Google Play Store platform. Furthermore, the research applies quantitatively with a descriptive approach. The instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to 96 respondents of the Surabaya millennial generation who had ever used the KAI access application, as samples. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regressions to examine partially the independent variable to the dependent variable. In addition, the result shows that three variables, i.e., ease of use, feature diversity, and application promotion, have a positive and significant effect on the reuse interest. Additionally, this study indicates that the easier to use, the more various features, and the more interesting the promotion will increase users’ interest in using the KAI Access application. In brief, the research gives a practical contribution to the development of digital marketing strategy at PT KAI and emphasizes the importance of innovation in providing digital services for the millennial generation.</em></p>Alda Alvionita, Widhi Ariestianti Rochdianingrum

Furthermore, the population consists of members of the Vespa Matic community (Perception Movement) in Surabaya. The data collection technique used saturated sampling with 100 respondents as the sample. Moreover, the instrument in the data collection technique used field research. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 version. The result shows that product quality, price, brand image, and word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on the purchasing decision of Vespa Matic in Surabaya. <p><em>This research examines and analyses the effect of capital structure profitability and tax planning on the firm value. Furthermore, the capital structure was measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), profitability was measured by Return on Assets (ROA), and tax planning measured by effective tax rate. Meanwhile, firm value was measured by the value of the firm. The research applies quantitatively. The population consists of Food and Beverages companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2019-2023. Moreover, the data collection technique used was purposive sampling, i.e., a technique used was multiple linear regression. The result shows that capital structure affect the firm value of Food and Beverages companies listed on IDX. Likewise, profitability affect of the firm value of Food and Beverages companies listed on IDX. <p><em>The insurance company sector provides protection to the insured against future risks. Insurance companies have unique characteristics, requiring them to effectively manage risks. This study aims to examine the influence of profitability, proxied by Return on Equity (ROE), liquidity, proxied by Current Ratio (CR), and leverage, proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), on the value of insurance companies. This research is quantitative in nature. The sample was selected using purposive sampling from a population of 18 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2019-2023, with 17 companies meeting the sampling criteria. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, processed using SPSS. <p><em>This research determines and analyses the effect of motivation, discipline, and work burden on the employees’ performance in the sales department at PT Ultra Prima Abadi Surabaya. Furthermore, work motivation was measured by physical needs, safety needs, social needs, appreciation needs, and selfactualization needs. Discipline was measured by time preciseness, obey with companies’ regulations, and accountability in companies. The work burden was measured by targets to be achieved, work conditions, use of time, and work standards. Meanwhile, the employees’ performance was measured by work quality, number of tasks, efficiency, and time punctuality. The research applies quantitatively with a descriptive approach. Moreover, the population consists 50 sales employees at PT Ultra Prima Abadi Surabaya. The data collection technique used was a saturated sampling technique with total sample of 50 respondents. The instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents through Gform. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the instrument of SPSS program 26 version. This research determines and analyzes the effect of work discipline, work culture, and compensation on employees’ work loyalty at PT Prima Raya Karya Perkasa, Sidoarjo. The research applies quantitatively. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique was a Likert scale. The population was all employees of PT Prima Raya Karya Perkasa Sidoarjo consisting of 89 respondents. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were the sample. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 26.
