ANALISIS PENGARUH KOMPENSASI DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. SAMSONITE INDONESIA (CABANG SURABAYA)
Abstract
The success of a company is influenced by employee performance. Every company will try to improve the performance of their employees in order to achieve the company objectives. One of the factors which can improve employee performance is the provision of compensation and work motivation. The performance assessment is still required in order to find out the result or the success level of the employees. The result of performance assessment can be used for some purposes i.e. evaluation, the making of decision of human resources, and feedback. This research is meant to find out and to analyze the influence of compensation and work motivation to the employee performance.The sample collection technique has been done by using total sampling so the research sample is all employees of PT Samsonite Indonesia (Surabaya branch) the numbers of samples are 50 employees. The data analysis technique has been done by using multiple linear regressions analysis and the hypothesis test has been done by using t test.
