Abstract

In the globalization era within the Company, the turnover of money is not only very fast, but the alignment between
human resources (HR) planning in which it can develop its organization performance and it can adapt in their
environment. This research is to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and
work environment to the employee performance. The analysis technique which has been performed to analyze the
influence of variables in this research i.e. multiple regression analysis, and t test. The population is all employees at
PD Garuda Surabaya with the numbers of samples are 44 respondents. The result of the research is the data which
has been obtained and met the validity test, reliability test, and classic assumption test. The hypothesis test has been
done by using model feasibility test in which it has been found that the significance value is smaller than the
significance level. Therefore, it means that the transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and work
environment give significant influence to the employee performance at PD Garuda Surabaya. The result of the t test
shows that the independent variables which have been studied is proven to give significant influence to the employee
performance at PD Garuda Surabaya.
