PENGARUH LIKUIDITAS, PROFITABILITAS DAN INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL TERHADAP PERINGKAT OBLIGASI PERBANKAN DI BEI
Abstract
Bond rating is the information of risk scale from the bond issued in fulfilling its obligations. While, it is also used as the investors consideration in choosing the firm investment. This research aimed to analyze the effect of liquidity, profitability and intellectual capital on the bond rating of some banking companies in Indonesia. The population was 43 banking companies which were listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. Moreover, the sampling collection technique used purposive sampling in which there were 13 companies as sample. In addition, the data used annual financial statement for four years (2014–2017), especially the income statement and balance sheet which taken from Indonesia Stock Exchange website, and the rating result which taken from the PT PEFINDO website. In testing hypothesis, this research used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 24. While, the result concluded liquidity and intellectual capital had positive and significant effect on the bond rating. On the other hand, profitability had negative and significant effect on the bond rating.
