Abstract

This research aimed to find out the effect of working environment, job stress and working motivation on the job satisfaction of PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. Sidoarjo. The research was quantitative. While, the population was administrative staff of PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk. Sidoarjo with 50 employess as sample. Moreover the sampling collection use saturated samples and its instrument used questionnaires. In additions, the data analysis thecnique use multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical and Service Solution). The research result, from t test, concluded working environment had positive and significant effect on the job satisfaction. This showed as the significance of α = 0,012 < 0,05. Moreover, Job stress had negative and significant effect on the job satisfaction. This showed as the significance of α = 0,018 < 0,05. In addition, the working motivation had positive and significant effect in the job satisfaction, as showed it by the significant of α = 0,001 < 0,05.
