Abstract

One of the keys success of the organization is having good employees management. For example, in PT Mitra Bahagia Citra Medika. While, the company main assets also become active labor in every acrivities. Moreover, one of the human resource management’s tasks (for the emplyoyee) was improving employees performance. In other words, the main indicator of making good human resources management was having fulfilled the employees performance thourgh some activities during work hours. This research aimed to find out the effect of compensation, motivation, and working environment on employees performance. While, the research was quantitative. Moreover, the sampling collection technique used saturated sampling i.e. all population are used as samples. Furthermore, the population was 40 respondents or employees of PT Mitra Bahagia Citra Medika. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS version 23. The research result, simultaneously, concluded compensation, motivation, and working environment had positive and significant effect on employees performance. In brief, the motivation and compensation became the dominant factors which affected on employees performance.
