PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, MOTIVASI KERJA,LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWANPT. CPO SIDOARJO
Abstract
This research aimed to determine and analyze the positive effects of working discipline, motivation and
environment on the employees’ performance of PT. Cipta perkasa Oleindo Gedangan, sidoarjo. While, the
population was the employees of PT. Cipta perkasa Oleindo Gedangan, Sidoarjo. Moreover, the data instrument.
In line with, there were 69 respondents as sample. Furthermore, the data analysis techique used validity and
reliability tests, classical assumptions and multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS (Statistical and Service
Solutions). The research result, from t test, concluded working discipline had significant effect on the employees’
performance. This showed as the significance of α = 0,009 <0,05. Moreover, the working motivation had
significant effect on the employees’ performance. This showed had significant of α= 0,000 <0,05. In addition, the
working environment had significant effect on the employees’ performance, as it shown by the significance of α=
0,001 < 0,05. So three variables (work disipline, working motivation and workingenvironment) have significant
to employee performance.
