Abstract

This research aimed to understand the influence of motivation, work discipline, and organization commitment to the PT. United Agency Insurance Prudential Surabaya employee’s performance. This research object were human resource development within prudential insurance agency Surabaya. Data collection method applied questionnaires that were filled by the respondents who are the employees of PT. United Insurance Agency Prudential Surabaya working for minimum 1 year. Total population or this research were 194 employees. Moreover, the random sampling technique and sample determination were taken based on Slovin formula to 100 respondents. Then, the analysis technique used in this research were multiple regression linear, expediency test model (F-test), the determination coefficient test and hypothesis test. This research result showed the positive and significant influence to variables of working motivation, to the employee performance of PT. United Insurance Agency Prudential Surabaya. This research result showed the positive and significant influence to variables of work discipline to the employee performance of PT. United Insurance Agency Prudential Surabaya. This research result showed the positive and significant influence to variables of organization commitment to the employee performance of PT. United Insurance Agency Prudential Surabaya.
