PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION, DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the influence of work discipline, achievement motivation and work stress to the teachers’ performance at SMP YPP Nurul Huda Surabaya. This research used quantitative research. The sample of this research used saturated sampling method with an existed population. Based on the saturated sampling method it was obtained 30 samples of all teachers at SMP YPP Nurul Huda surabaya in 2018. The analysis method used multiple linier regressions analysis with the instrument of SPSS 22 version. The result of this research showed that work discipline gave positive and significant influence to the teachers’ performance. The achievement motivation gave negative and insignificant influence to the teachers’ performance and the work stress gave negative and significant influence to the teachers’ performance at SMP YPP Nurul Huda Surabaya. Moreover, the work discipline was a dominant variable which influenced the teachers’ performance at SMP YPP Nurul Huda Surabaya.
