PENGARUH FINANCIAL LEVERAGE, UKURAN PERUSAHAAN, DAN ARUS KAS TERHADAP FINANCIAL DISTRESS PADA PERUSAHAAN PROPERTY DAN REAL ESTATE

Abstract

The purpose of this research are 1) To determine the influence of financial leverage on financial distress on the
company Property and Real estate which listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange; 2) To know the influence of the firm
size on financial distress on Property and Real estate company which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange; 3) To
determine the influence of cash flow on financial distress on the Company Property and Real estate which listed in
the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population of this research are property and real estates which listed in Indonesia
Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2016 period which amounted to 49 companies. The sample of this research is taken by
purposive sampling method. Pursuant to purposive sampling method obtained by 102 property and real estate
companies in 2014-2015 period. Statistical technique in this research using logistic regression method. Based on the
results of hypothesis testing can be concluded that 1) financial leverage significant influence on financial distress; 2)
firm size has a significant influence on financial distress; 3) cash flow has no significant influence on financial
distress.
