PENGARUH INFLASI, SUKU BUNGA, DAN NILAI TUKAR TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN PERBANKAN

Abstract

This research aimed to examine the effect of Inflation, Interest Rates, and Exchange rates on Shares Price. The indicator of inflation is the inflation rate in which data is taken from the inflation report determined by Bank Indonesia. While, the indicator of the interest rate is BI Rate determined by Bank Indonesia. Moreover, the indicator of exchange rate is the exchange rate of Rupiah on US $ (US Dollar). Furthermore, the shares price is used as the closing price. The research was quantitative research. While the sampling collection techniques used purposive sampling. Based on the sampling, there were 10 out of 43 banking companies, as sample, which listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013–2017. Moreover, the data analysiş technique used multiple regression analysis with SPSS version 25. The research result concluded the inflation had positive and significant effect on the shares price. Moreover, the interest rate had positive and significant effect on the shares price. On the other hand, the exchange rate had negative and significant effect on the shares price.
