FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI STRUKTUR MODAL PADA PERUSAHAAN FOOD AND BEVERAGES
Abstract
This research aims to examine and determine the effect of Liquidity (CR), Profitability (ROA), Company Size (SIZE) and Asset Structure (SA) of the Capital Structure (SM). The population in this research amounted to 15 companies of food and beverages that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Techniques that been used in this research as many as 10 companies of food and beverages that are listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange and selected by purposive sampling. The data that been used are the financial statements for 2011-2015 were processed using SPSS software version 22. The results of this research indicate that liquidity (CR) has no effect on the capital structure, profitability (ROA) of companies use less debt when the company earned the high profits thus prefer to use retained earnings rather than debt or capital owned by the fund company. This means that the greater the size of the companies (SIZE) find it easier to obtain external capital in larger quantities, especially the debt. Assets Structure (SA) positive and significant impact on the capital structure. This means that the greater the greater the assets are expected operational results produced by the company.
