PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP PERUBAHAN HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN FOOD AND BEVERAGES

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of financial performance with the use of
Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Return on Equity and Earning per Share
to the stock price changes on the food and beverages companies which are listed in the IDX in 20102014

periods. The data is the secondary data and the sample collection technique has been done by
using quota sampling method and 7 companies which have been used as the observation method have
been selected as samples from 14 companies. The analysis has been done by using multiple linear
regressions analysis. Based on the result of analysis, it shows that Current Ratio has significant
influence to the stock price changes; meanwhile Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Asset Turnover, Return
on Equity and Earning per Share do not have any influence to the stock price changes. Coefficient
determination is 63.2% which means that stock price changes variable can be explained by the
variables i.e. CR, DER, TATO, ROE and EPS is 63.2%, meanwhile the remaining is 36.8% which
can be explained by other variables which are not included in this regressions model.
