PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, MOTIVASI DAN LOCUS OF CONTROL TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to examine and to analyze the influence of leadership style, motivation and locus of control to the employee performance. The population is 60 employees. The data collection technique has been carried out by issuing questionnaires to the respondents by giving written questions to be answered by the respondents. The data processing has been carried out by using validity test, realibility test, classic assumption test, and multiple linear regressions test has been done by using t test, F test, and determination coefficient. The result of the t test shows that leadership style generates significance value 0.010 which gives significant and positive influence to the performance; motivation generates significance value 0.005 which gives significant and positive influence; and locus of control generates significance value 0.008 which gives significant and positive influence to the employee performance. It has been found from these three independent variables i.e. leadership style, motivation and locus of control that motivation is the variable which give dominant influence to the employee performance which its sigificance value is 0.005. It has been found from the result of the F test that these three variables have positive correlation to the enhancement of employee performance.
