PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN (PLANTATION) PERKEBUNAN

Abstract

Every company needs funding to finance its business activities. One alternative for companies to find sources of funds is in the capital market. Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange will always try to maintain the company's financial performance to always look good in the eyes of investors, it is done because good bad company performance can serve as a benchmark for investors in assessing the company. The purpose of this study to determine whether liquidity, solvency, activity, and profitability have a significant influence on stock prices at plantation companies (plantation) in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of research used is descriptive research with quantitative approach. The population in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as much as 528 companies. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample in this study are all plantation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data Analysis Technique using multiple linier regression analysis. Based on the analysis results can be concluded that the variable Liquidity, Solvency, Activity and Profitability, Partially Profitability have a significant and positive effect on stock prices.
