PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, PELATIHAN DAN MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT. BABA RAFI INDONESIA
Abstract
This research is aimed to find out the influence of leadership style, training and work motivation to the employee performance. The research object is PT. Baba Rafi Indonesia in Surabaya. The population is all employees of PT. Baba Rafi Indonesia and the numbers of the employees are 30 people. The sample collection technique has been carried out by using saturated sampling technique. It is a sample determination in which all members of the population are used as samples. The data analysis technique has been carried out by using multiple linear regressions analysis. Based on the result of classic assumption test which has been carried out by using normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity states that all variables which have been applied in this research do not violate the predetermined requirements. Meanwhile, based on the result of model feasibility test, the regression models which have been applied in this research are feasible to be used. Based on the result of the hypothesis test shows that the variables of leadership style, training, and work motivation give significant influence to the employee performance.
