Abstract

Human resources play a crucial role in a company, as it not only covers thinking ability, creativity, power, and talent related to the firm but also directly contributes to organizational objective achievement. This research determines and analyzes the effect of work discipline, work culture, and compensation on employees’ work loyalty at PT Prima Raya Karya Perkasa, Sidoarjo. The research applies quantitatively. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection technique was a Likert scale. The population was all employees of PT Prima Raya Karya Perkasa Sidoarjo consisting of 89 respondents. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were the sample. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) version 26. The result indicates that work discipline, work culture, and compensation have a positive and significant effect on the employees’ work loyalty at PT Prima Raya Karya Perkasa, Sidoarjo.
