PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, DISIPLIN KERJA, DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN BAGIAN PENJUALAN PADA PERUSAHAAN PT ULTRA PRIMA ABADI SURABAYA
Abstract
This research determines and analyses the effect of motivation, discipline, and work burden on the employees’ performance in the sales department at PT Ultra Prima Abadi Surabaya. Furthermore, work motivation was measured by physical needs, safety needs, social needs, appreciation needs, and selfactualization needs. Discipline was measured by time preciseness, obey with companies’ regulations, and accountability in companies. The work burden was measured by targets to be achieved, work conditions, use of time, and work standards. Meanwhile, the employees’ performance was measured by work quality, number of tasks, efficiency, and time punctuality. The research applies quantitatively with a descriptive approach. Moreover, the population consists 50 sales employees at PT Ultra Prima Abadi Surabaya. The data collection technique used was a saturated sampling technique with total sample of 50 respondents. The instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents through Gform. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis with the instrument of SPSS program 26 version. The result indicates that work motivation, work discipline, and work burden has a significant effect on the employees performance in the sales department at PT Ultra Prima Abadi Surabaya
