The insurance company sector provides protection to the insured against future risks. Insurance companies have unique characteristics, requiring them to effectively manage risks. This study aims to examine the influence of profitability, proxied by Return on Equity (ROE), liquidity, proxied by Current Ratio (CR), and leverage, proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), on the value of insurance companies. This research is quantitative in nature. The sample was selected using purposive sampling from a population of 18 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2019-2023, with 17 companies meeting the sampling criteria. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, processed using SPSS. Based on the test results, the hypothesis testing shows that profitability (ROE) has a positive but not significant effect, liquidity (CR) has a positive but not significant effect, and leverage (DER) has a positive and significant effect on firm value
