PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, MOTIVASI, DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN UPT PENGAWASAN DAN SERTIFIKASI PANGAN DAN HORTIKULTURA JATIM
Abstract
This research aimed to determine and analyze the effect of work discipline, motivation, and work environment on the employees’ performance at UPT of the Food and Horticulture Seed Supervision and Certification Unit in East Java province. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the population was 88 employees at UPT of the Food and Horticulture Seed Supervision and Certification Unit. The data collection technique used saturated sampling. The instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 versions. The result showed that work discipline positively and significantly affected the employees’ performance at the Food and Horticulture Seed Supervision and Certification Unit in East Java province. Likewise, motivation positively and significantly affected the employees’ performance at the Food and Horticulture Seed Supervision and Certification Unit in East Java province. Similarly, the work environment positively and significantly affected the employees’ performance at the Food and Horticulture Seed Supervision and Certification Unit in East Java province.
