Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of liquidity, goods flow, exchange rate, and profitability. The liquidity was referred to as the Current Ratio (CR), goods flow was referred to as Inventory Turnover, and the exchange rate was referred to as the value of currency middle rate. Furthermore, the research applies quantitatively with secondary data, that were gained from companies' financial statements. The data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with that, there were 10 Textile subindustry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2019-2023. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 20 version. The result indicates that liquidity has a positive significant effect on profitability. Likewise, goods flow has a positif significant effect on profitability. On the other hand, the exchange rate has an negative insignificant effect on profitability.
