PERBEDAAN PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN TETAP DAN KARYAWAN OUTSOURCING PADA RS MATA UNDAAN SURABAYA
Abstract
This research aims to examine and analyze the difference of the effect of work motivation on the employees’ performance of the permanent and outsourcing employees at RS Mata Undaan Surabaya. The research applies quantitatively. Furthermore, the population consists of permanent and outsourcing employees at RS Mata Undaan Surabaya. The data collection technique used a simple collection technique with the Slovin formula. In line with that, there were 71 permanent employees and 51 outsourcing employees fulfilled as a sample. Moreover, the instrument in the data collection technique was documentation. The data analysis technique used a descriptive quantitative method. The result shows that work motivation as an independent variable has a significant effect on the employees’ performance, both permanent and outsourcing employees.
