PENGARUH EARNING PER SHARE, RETURN ON EQUITY, DAN DEBT TO EQUITY RATIO TERHADAP HARGA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN ASURANSI YANG TERDAFTAR DI BEI

Abstract

This research determines and analyzes the effect of Earnings Per Share (EPS), Return On Equity (ROE), and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) on stock price at insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2019 2023. The research applies quantitatively with a causal-comparative approach. Furthermore, the data were secondary in the form of companies’ financial statements listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The data collection technique used was purposive sampling, in which the sample was based on the criteria given. In line with that, 12 companies were taken as a sample for 5 years (2019-2023). Therefore, 60 data samples in total were analyzed. Moreover, the data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 version. The result shows that EPS has a positive and significant effect on stock price. Likewise, ROE has a positive and significant effect on stock price and DER has a positive and significant effect on stock price.
