PENGARUH DISIPLIN KERJA, LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effect of work discipline, work environment, and work stress on the employees’ performance at KidZania, Surabaya. The study applies quantitatively with a causal-comparative approach. Furthermore, the population consists of all employees who work in the operational section at KidZania, Surabaya with 130 people. The data collection technique used purposive sampling and the Slovin formula. In line with that, there were 57 respondents as the sample. Moreover, the instrument in the data collection was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The result indicates that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at KidZania, Surabaya. Likewise, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at KidZania, Surabaya. In addition, work stress has a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at KidZania, Surabaya.
