Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, work discipline, and organizational culture on employee performance at PT Transnational Solutions Surabaya. The research applies quantitatively with a descriptive approach. The population comprises 65 regular employees at PT Transnational Solutions Surabaya. Furthermore, the data collection technique used nonprobability sampling. It means that all members of the population, 65 employees, were chosen as a sample. Moreover, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed indirectly using Google Forms. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26.0. The result shows that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Transnational Solutions. Likewise, work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Transnational Solutions. Similarly, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Transnational Solutions. Therefore, based on the results, the three hypotheses are correct and can be accepted.
