Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the effect of work environment, work stress, and work satisfaction on the employees’ performance at CV Indah Makmur Gresik. The research applies quantitatively. Furthermore, the population consists of all employees in the Production department and Administrative staff at CV Indah Makmur Gresik. The data collection technique used saturated sampling with 40 respondents as samples. Moreover, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire with Likert scale. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 versions. The result shows that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at CV. Indah Makmur Gresik. However, work stress has a negative and significant effect on the employees’ performance at CV. Indah Makmur Gresik. In contrast, work satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at CV. Indah Makmur Gresik.
