Abstract

This research aimed to determine and analyze the effects of work safety and health, work discipline, and motivation on the employees’ performance at PT Mentaya Mutiara Indah. The research was a causal-comparative with a quantitative approach. Furthermore, the population was all employees of the pioneer shipping section at PT Mentaya Mutiara Indah. It consisted of 57 employees. The data collection technique used saturated sampling (census). Moreover, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaire was directly distributed to all the employees of the pioneer shipping section at PT Mentaya Mutiara Indah. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 version. The result showed that work safety and health had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Mentaya Mutiara Indah. Likewise,work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Mentaya Mutiara Indah. Similarly, motivation had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Mentaya Mutiara Indah.
