Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of recruitment, selection, and placement of employees on
the performance of employees in Koperasi Serba Usaha Srikandi. The population used in this study were
employees of Koperasi Serba Usaha Srikandi of 50 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple linear
regression analysis that aims to quantify the regression coefficient in order to demonstrate the influence of
variable recruitment, selection, and placement of employees on employee performance. While testing the
hypothesis using a goodness of fit test with F test and partial influence by t-test. Results of testing the goodness
of fit test with F test shows that the independent variable recruitment, selection, and placement of employees
simultanuously has significantly affect on performance of employees is 0,000 <0,05. And test results with a
partial effect t test showed that the variables of recruitment has significance level of 0.002 <0.05, the selection of
variables has a significance level of 0.028 <0.05, and variable placement of employees have a significance level of
0.027 <0.05. Based on the result, concluded that partially recruitment, selection, and placement of employees has
a significant influence on employee performance.
