Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyse the effect of organizational commitment, work discipline, and stress one police performance at the Polrestabes office in Surabaya. The research applies quantitatively. Furthermore, the population consists of all employess at the Sabhara divisions. The data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were the sample. Therefore, there were 50 respondents in the sample. The instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPPS (Statisticad Product and Service Solution) 26 version. The result indicates that organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Polrestabes office in Surabaya. Likewise, work discipline has a positive and significant effect an employee performance at the Polrestabes office in Surabaya. Similarly, work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Polrestabess office in Surabaya.
