MEMBANGUN LOYALITAS KARYAWAN: PERAN BUDAYA ORGANISASI, LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA DI PT SOLUSI MUDAH SATU MITRA BERSAMA
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effect of organizational culture, work environment, dan work satisfaction on the employees’ loyalty at PT Solusi Mudah Satu Mitra Bersama. Organizational culture was measured based on the values, norms, dan practices implemented by the company. Furthermore, the work environment was measured through physical conditions, work partner relationships, dan provided facility. Work satisfaction was evaluated based on the level of employee work satisfaction, achievement, dan self-development opportunities. Moreover, employee loyalty was seen from their commitment dan desire to continue working dedication. The research was descriptive-quantitative. The population consists of all employees at PT Solusi Mudah Satu Mitra Bersama. Additionally, the data collection technique used saturated sampling, with 90 respondents as the samples. The respondents’ data were collected using Google Forms. In addition, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regressions with SPSS program 26 version. The result indicates that organizational culture has an insignificant effect on employees’ loyalty. In contrast, both work environment dan work satisfaction have a positive dan significant effect on employees’ loyalty.
