PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of profitability, liquidity, and leverage on firm value. The research applies quantitatively. The population consists of Various industry manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2020-2023. Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling with 29 companies as the sample. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The result of the hypothesis test (t-test) shows that profitability (ROA) and leverage (DER) has a positive and significant effect on firm value (PBV) of Various industry manufacturing companies. However, liquidity (CR) has a positive but insignificant effect on firm value (PBV) of Various industry manufacturing companies. From the determination coefficient test (R-Square), there was 38.2%, which means that profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), and leverage (DER)can explain firm value (PBV) for 38.2% and the rest of 61.8% was explained by other variables.
