Abstract

The performance is one of the factors that was dominant in boosting corporate profits. PT Jago Surabaya Diesel
increase companies get the maximum profit in accordance with a specified target. Companies need to manage
their employees properly in order to improve the performance of employees so the company hopes to get the
maximum profit can be achieved. The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of leadership style,
motivation, and work disciplin to the performance of the employees of PT Jago Diesel Surabaya. This research is
a quantitative research.The sample collection technique has been carried out by using census method because the
processed samples are obtained from all members of population, so 73 employees of PT Jago Diesel Surabaya have
been selected as samples. The equation regression in this research is multiple linear regressions which has been
applied in order to test the influence of independent variables to the dependent variable. Based on the result of
multiple linear regressions analysis with its significance level is 5% so this research shows that: leadership style
has significant and positive influence to the performance of the employees. Work motivation has significant and
positive influence to the performance of the employees. Work discipline has significant and positive influence to
the performance of the employees.
