Abstract

This research aims to determine, analyze, and examine the product quality, service quality, and price on the repurchasing interest at Toko Sembako Rizky in Surabaya. Furthermore, the research applies quantitatively. The population consists of all consumers at Toko Sembako Rizky in Surabaya. Moreover, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with that, 80 respondents were chosen as the sample. The instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire, which used a Likert scale. The data analysis technique also used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 version. The result concludes that product quality has a positive and significant effect on the repurchasing interest at Toko Sembako Rizky in Surabaya. Likewise, service quality has a positive and significant effect on the repurchasing interest at Toko Sembako Rizky in Surabaya. Similarly, price has a positive and significant effect on the repurchasing interest at Toko Sembako Rizky in Surabaya.
