PENGARUH LIKUIDITAS, PERPUTARAN MODAL KERJA DANPERTUMBUHAN PENJUALAN TERHADAP PROFITABILITAS PERUSAHAAN FARMASI

Abstract

 This research aims to examine the effect of liquidity, work capital turnover, and sales growth on companies’ profitability. Furthermore, liquidity was measured by Current Ratio, work capital turnover was measured by working capital turnover and sales growth was measured by sales growth rate. The research applies quantitatively. The data collection technique used purposive sampling. In line with that, there were 7 samples from 13 Pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2019-2023. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 27. The result shows that liquidity has a positive and significant effect on the profitability of Pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX. However, work capital turnover has a positive but insignificant effect on the profitability of Pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX. Similarly, sales growth has a positive but insignificant effect on the profitability of Pharmaceutical companies listed on the IDX.
