MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS PELAYANAN: PERAN ETIKA, DISIPLIN, DAN MOTIVASI DI SDN TAMBAKREJO SIDOARJO
Abstract
Commitment to improving service quality is a fundamental aspect of enhancing the effectiveness of educational institutions. This study aims to analyze and understand the influence of work ethics, work discipline, and work motivation on the service quality of teachers and staff at SDN TambakRejo Sidoarjo. The research employs a quantitative approach using descriptive methods. The population in this study consists of 45 educators from SDN TambakRejo Sidoarjo. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Data collection was conducted through online questionnaires distributed to respondents using Google Forms. The data analysis technique utilized in this study is linear regression, supported by SPSS version 27 software. The results show that work ethics, work discipline, and work motivation have a positive and significant influence on the service quality of teachers and staff at SDN TambakRejo Sidoarjo.
