PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASIONAL, KOMPENSASI, DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

This research aimed to determine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment, compensation, and work stress on the employees’ performance at PT Sumber Tehnik Nusantara. The research was quantitative, using a causal-comparative approach. The data collection technique used saturated sampling, and the instrument was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Furthermore, the population was employees of PT Sumber Tehnik Nusantara. The sample was employees who worked in the new installation division. In line with that, 48 respondents were taken as a sample. Additionally, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression and t tests with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 versions. The result showed that organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Sumber Tehnik Nusantara. Likewise, compensation had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Sumber Tehnik Nusantara. Similarly, work stress had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT Sumber Tehnik Nusantara.
