PENGARUH MOTIVASI, PELATIHAN PEGAWAI, DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI
Abstract
This research aims to determine, analyze, and examine the effect of motivation, employee training, and work in improving employee performance at Surabaya Polrestabes office. The research applies quantitatively. Furthermore, the population consists of all employees at Human Resource and Sabhara at Surabaya Polrestabes office who are 60 people. The data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were the sample. The instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed online and used a Likert scale. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) software 26 version. The result shows that motivation, employees training, and work discipline have a significant effect in improving employee performance at Surabaya Polrestabes office. Among all independent variables (motivation, employees training, work discipline) there is a positive relationship in improving employee performance at Surabaya Polrestabes office.
