PENGARUH MOTIVASI, KOMPENSASI DAN BEBAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PT JENA MANDIRI TRANSPORT

Abstract

This research examines the effect of motivation, compensation, and workload on employees’ performance (A Study at PT Jena Mandiri Transport’s employees). The study applies quantitatively. Furthermore, motivation is measured by salary, success, supervision, work relationship, and reward. Compensation is measured by salary, incentive, allowance, and facilities). Workload is measured by achieved target, work condition, time usage, and work standard. The data were primary, with a questionnaire as the instrument. The questionnaires were distributed to 35 respondents as the sample. Moreover, the data collection technique used non-probability sampling. The data sampling technique used saturated sampling or total sampling. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 version. The result shows that motivation has an insignificant effect on employees’ performance. However, compensation has a positive and significant impact on employees’ performance. Similarly, workload has a positive and significant effect on employees’ performance at PT Jena Mandiri Transport.
