PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, BUDAYA ORGANISASI, DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN PADA PT BERHASIL INDONESIA GEMILANG
Abstract
This research aims to determine and analyze the effect of leadership style, organizational culture, and motivation on the employees’ performance at PT Berhasil Indonesia Gemilang. The data were primary with a questionnaire as the instrument. Furthermore, the study applies descriptive-qualitatively. The data collection technique used purposive sampling. The population involves some employyes at PT Berhasil Indonesia Gemilang, with 75 respondents as the sample. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS 27. The result indicates that leadership style positively and significantly affects employees’ performance on employees’ performance at PT Berhasil Indonesia Gemilang. Likewise, organizational culture positively and significantly affects employees’ performance on employees’ performance at PT Berhasil Indonesia Gemilang. On the other hand, motivation has a positively and insignificant effect on employees’ performance on the employees’ performance at PT Berhasil Indonesia Gemilang.
