PENGARUH KOMPETENSI SDM, MOTIVASI KERJA, DAN KREATIVITAS TERHADAP KINERJA UMKM

Abstract

This research aims to determine, analyze, and examine the effect of human resource competence, work motivation, and creativity on the performance of the Culinary UMKM in Kelurahan Rungkut Kidul Surabaya. The research applies quantitatively. Furthermore, the population consists of all practitioners of Culinary UMKM in Kelurahan Rungkut Kidul Surabaya that is 65 people. The data collection technique used saturated sampling, in which all members of the population were the sample. Moreover, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26. The result shows that human resource competence, work motivation, and creativity has a significant effect on the performance of the Culinary UMKM in Kelurahan Rungkut Kidul Surabaya. In addition, there is a positive relationship among all independent variables on the performance of the Culinary UMKM in Kelurahan Rungkut Kidul Surabaya.
