PENGARUH JOB SATISFACTION, ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT, DAN JOB STRESS TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION PADA PT GRIYO MAPAN SANTOSO

Abstract

As an era of globalization continues to develop, human resources have become a very important basic capital for entrepreneurs to advance their business activities. The human source is the most important factor in carrying out work activities so that they continue to run and are in balance with the goals of every company or agency that is moving forward. The rapid development of the business world is marked by the growth and increase in new types of businesses. This research aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and job stress on turnover intention at PT Griyo Mapan Santoso. This research applies quantitatively. Furthermore, the data collection technique used a saturated sampling i.e., a sample collection with all the population as the sample. Therefore, 40 employees were chosen as the sample. The data analysis technique used Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) program 27. 27. 27. 27. The result concludes that job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, Likewise, organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. On the other hand, job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention.
