PENGARUH BURNOUT, STRES KERJA, DAN MENTAL HEALTH TERHADAP WORK LIFE BALANCE
Abstract
This research aims to find out the effect of burnout, work stress, and mental health on the work-life balance of STIESIA Surabaya students who work. The research applies quantitatively. Furthermore, the population consists of S1 (undergraduate) students majoring the Management and Accounting at the School of Economics Indonesia (STIESIA) Surabaya batch 2021 with 132 respondents. The data collection technique used purposive sampling with the Slovin formula. In line with that, there were 57 respondents as the samples. Moreover, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS program (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 version. The result indicates that burnout has a negative and significant effect on the work-life balance of STIESIA Surabaya students who work. Likewise, work stress has a negative and significant effect on the work-life balance of STIESIA Surabaya students who work. On the other hand, mental health has a positive and significant effect on the work-life balance of STIESIA Surabaya students who work.
