PENGARUH KEPERCAYAAN, PERILAKU PENGGUNAAN, DAN KEAMANAN TERHADAP MINAT PEMBAYARAN QRIS PADA PENGUJUNG ROYAL PLAZA SURABAYA

Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the effect of trust, usage behavior, and security on the interest in QRIS payment of the visitors of Royal Plaza Surabaya. The research applies quantitatively. Furthermore, the data collection technique used non-probability sampling. The data sampling technique used purposive sampling. Moreover, the samples consist of 100 Surabaya citizens who have visited, are visiting, and have done payment transactions by QRIS at Royal Plaza. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression. Additionally, the data were primary. The respondents gave their statements in questionnaires. The questionnaires were distributed using Google Forms. The result, from multiple linear regression, found that trust has a positive and significant effect on the interest in QRIS payment as its image fulfills visitors' expectations. Likewise, usage behavior has a positive and significant effect on the interest in QRIS payment since the visitors feel ease the access to use. Similarly, security has a positive and significant effect on the interest in QRIS payment because the visitors feel secure and comfortable having the transaction by QRIS at Royal Plaza.
