Abstract

This research aimed to determine and analyze the effect of work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on the employees’ performance at PDAM Surya Sembada, Surabaya. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used saturated sampling with a Likert scale. The instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire. The population was all employees at the customer relations department at PDAM Surya Sembada, Surabaya. Furthermore, there were 40 respondents of employees who fulfilled as the sample. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 versions. The result showed that the work environment had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PDAM Surya Sembada, Surabaya. Likewise, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PDAM Surya Sembada, Surabaya. Similarly, work discipline had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PDAM Surya Sembada, Surabaya.
