PENGARUH MOTIVASI KERJA, LEADERSHIP, WORK-LIFE BALANCE TERHADAP EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT DI PT PLN NUSANTARA POWER UP GRESIK
Abstract
Human resources is the main element that affects companies’ operational flexibility or organization. Therefore, a company's success in facing global competition determines effective and efficient management. This research aimed to find out and analyze the effect of work motivation, leadership, and work-life balance on employee engagement at PT. PLN Nusantara Power UP, Gresik.
The research was descriptive-quantitative. Moreover, the instrument in the data collection technique was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The population was all regular employees at PT. PLN Nusantara Power UP, Gresik. Furthermore, the data collection technique used simple random sampling with 73 respondents as the sample. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26.
The result showed that work motivation, leadership, and work-life balance had a positive and significant effect on employee engagement at PT. PLN Nusantara Power UP, Gresik. In addition, based on the hypothesis test, employee engagement at PT. PLN Nusantara Power UP, Gresik was affected by work motivation, leadership, and work-life balance.
