PENGARUH KESELAMATAN DAN KESEHATAN KERJA (K3), LINGKUNGAN KERJA, DAN KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN

Abstract

This research to find out and analyze the effect of Safety and Occupational Health (K3), Work Environment, and Job Satisfaction on the employees’ performance at PT. Berkah Anugerah Inti Semesta Gresik. The research was quantitative with a causal-comparative approach. Furthermore, the instrument in the data collection used a questionnaire with the a Likert scale. The population was all employees who worked at PT. Berkah Anugerah Inti Semesta Gresik, consisting of 87 respondents. The data collection technique used saturated sampling. Moreover, the research data analysis technique used multiple linear regression and t-test with the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) 26 versions. The result showed that Safety and Occupational Health (K3) had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Berkah Anugerah Inti Semesta Gresik. Likewise, the work environment had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Berkah Anugerah Inti Semesta Gresik. Similarly, work satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on the employees’ performance at PT. Berkah Anugerah Inti Semesta Gresik.
