PENGARUH KINERJA KEUANGAN DAN LEVERAGE TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN YANG DIMODERASI GCG PADA SEKTOR KESEHATAN DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA TAHUN 2019-2023

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of financial performance and leverage on the firm value with GCG as the moderated variable. Furthermore, the financial performance was measured by return on asset, leverage was measured by debt to equity ratio, meanwhile the firm value was measured by free cash flow and the moderate variable was GCG used institutional ownership. The research applies quantitatively. The population consists of healthcare companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Furthermore, the data collection technique used purposive sampling. Moreover, the data analysis technique used Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The result shows that financial performance affects the firm value. And. leverage affects the firm value. In addition GCG can moderate the effect of financial performance on the firm value. Similarly. GCG can moderate the effect of leverage on the firm value.
