Abstract

Human resources are the key that determines the development of a company, human resources in a company are the movers, thinkers and planners to achieve company goals. Human resource development needs to be carried out to support the achievement of company goals through quality human resources who have high work attitudes. This research aims to find out and analyze the influence of the work environment, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of PT employees. Tjiwi Kimia. The population used in this research was all employees in the production department of PT Tjiwi Kimia. The sampling technique used in this research uses a purposive sampling method, which is sampling using the entire employee population of 400 respondents. Meanwhile, the analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 26.0 application. The research results show that incentives have a positive and significant effect on the work environment, work motivation and work discipline on the performance of PT employees. Tjiwi Kimia.
